For me, psychology is the space where scientific knowledge meets the human soul — where theory encounters lived experience. My clients are not "symptoms" to be treated, but people finding their way back to themselves. Sometimes for the first time. Sometimes tentatively. Sometimes through pain. But that is precisely what psychotherapy is: a rediscovery of oneself, a finding of ground within, and slowly — more freedom.
There is something that becomes possible only in the presence of another — one who listens without an agenda. A chance to finally hear oneself. There are no ready answers here. Instead, something else opens up: an honest encounter with one's own feelings, a loosening of habitual masks, and the quiet courage to be alive as one actually is.
